Playing in the Sand
While in Oahu we were able to meet Lex and Cameron. We decided that a session on the beach would be the perfect way to capture their playful sides. We headed to the North Shore near Kualoa, we found a small beach with few people and started to create the magic!
Cam and Lex were so willing to go along with some new prompts and poses I haven’t used before, and I LOVE how they turned out. Cam mentioned how he hadn’t gotten his pictures taken ever, but they were both so natural in front of the camera.
One of my favorite poses is the “potato sack” where we have one person throw the other over their shoulder. It makes for a very fun and candid moment during a session.
This was my first time to Hawaii, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The island has so many beautiful spots, you can practically pull over anywhere and it’s photo ready. We spent a lot of time on the North Shore. The north side is very green and has a lot of vegetation. And it is perfect for surfing! The waves were huge!
I had so much fun capturing Lex and Cam’s love. I hope I was able to show you that through these pictures.
